A decent size rooms with elegant furniture as well as balcony, had a really nice stay on a business trip. Nice and absolutely perfect location in very nice area, near to the park, separated from the traffic and neighbourhood, the forest of Ermelo and Holland. Clean pool, parking outside.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location was wonderful, within walking distance of Museum Het Pakhuis.

The rooms here are cozy with really comfortable beds, and the staff pays attention to your needs. the price seems fair at £73. You'll love that it's located right in the center. 🌟 They provide exceptional service, and the food served is delicious.

it's a big place with 300 rooms or so, but the sauna was not crowded in the weekend we were there. It's new, not very romantic, more low end business like, but pretty good value for money.

The pool, water temperature could be a little warmer though. Size of room okay as the beds. Place is very suitable for meetings and conferences.

Not possible to switch on the jacuzzi yourself; switches itself between the two jacuzzis. Breakfast could offer bit more variety. The bar misses a place where you can sit more comfortable, instead of the bar and the games.

The junior suite with a balcony provided a comfortable and restful night's sleep.

The food was really enjoyable, we thought it was good. Being in a quiet and secluded spot was definitely a bonus. the staff were all nice and helpful, everything was just perfect! 😊

the leisure facilities

the food and drinks in the resturant are grossly overpriced for what you get. surprise menu was a disaster.

- good location, can reach the nature (i.e. forest) in a short distance (on foot or by car) - nice hotel room, clean -- good ventillation in the room, even with a ceiling fan

- too warm inside the hotel (lobby, corridor, library etc) - in the room, the chairs cannot put under the table (because the legs of the chairs are too long or the table is too low) that consume a lot of space in the room.

This is a great place to relax and get away from city life. Harderwijk is only 1 bus trip away and you can then visit the Dolfinarium

You actually need a car to have the freedom of getting around

The rooms were practical with smoke detectors for our safety. the breakfast in the morning was particularly nice with regular fresh refills. the staff, everyone, was really kind.

Overall very nice hotel, great location, good facilities.

Airco in room too noisy, sounded like an airplane engine. Also in such hotel that they charge you for Internet is ridicolous: 13 euros for 24hs! Its like they charge you for the use of electricity, gas and water.

Hotel staff was very friendly and correct. Breakfast was good quality.

Rooms had everything needed but looked a little out dated.

This venue is conveniently located near public transportation and a beautiful forest, and easily accessible by taxi from Amsterdam airport.
